Where are we going? I don't see much more to say about the whole Steelers fans thing and it seems others would like to move on from last night's game.

Pat Hanlon, "Blinky" in his earlier days, was a friend from our teen days and a fellow stringer for the Chambersburg, Pa., newspaper. Big difference was he was also the quarterback of Chambersburg High's football team for two years during that time. But we spent a lot of hours together taking call-ins in the office.

Great guy, he's been a Giants VP for ages. I'd take anything he says with the gravity it deserves.

Wow, is Elle Duncan tone deaf.

So, ESPN ... are you trying that hard to put the "E" back in things or are you really trying to sub in an "I"?

JFC, the fact that there's a segment called "Taking the Elle" says it all. Just performative garbage on an irrelevant show. Glad that VP called her out on it, though unfortunately giving it more life than it deserves.

And they empty the playbook along the way. If I'm a Lions fan I'd still worry about Campbell outsmarting himself in a crucial spot when it counts, but for now it's a helluva ride.

He certainly killed a number of my Rams Super Bowl bets.

Yeah, I don't watch much ESPN these days, other than SportsCenter in the background on occasion and actual games. As I mentioned on the ATH thread, the Elle Duncan woman seems particularly awful.

Especially when it’s on a Thursday — four days after a big win over a division rival.

So what are his options? Must he renounce the remainder of the $$ on his Giants deal in order to play for someone else? Story did not explain the specs.

If they had started Jameis from the jump there's a very good chance they are 6-5
