Remember when USC-UCLA was a big deal? I'm having trouble remembering.

Didn't even know the Big Game and USC-UCLA were today. They're not in the Pac-12 anymore. So I don't pay any attention to them.

There's more than one Gator fan not totally happy with Napier dusting off LSU and Ole Miss to get bowl-eligible. Even though Scott Stricklin said he was coming back next, some were hoping for a couple of blow-outs to make his position untenable.

In the meantime Gator fans whooped and hollered and celebrated but as usual, didn't rush the field. Neither do Alabama or Georgia fans. I don't recall LSU doing it but I could be wrong.

The cheerleaders are the only reason to watch.

Is the winner of ATM-Texas certain to be the opponent?

Wonder how willing "some' were to pony up Sun Belt Billy's execution agreement.

Three-loss SEC team getting in over a one-loss B12/ACC team is my sports oxygen.

Amidst all of the SEC chaos, Boise State's tough night flew way under the radar. They beat Wyoming, but had to pull a 17-13 win out of their ass with a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Are we reaching the point where one of these three-loss teams might creep their way back into a playoff spot? Maybe Georgia (if it loses the SEC championship game), Ole Miss (which has that win over Georgia) or even South Carolina if it beats Clemson?

I kind of wonder why nobody is talking about a potential 10-2 Clemson that doesn’t have to play the ACC title game.

FWIW, the NBC halftime crew's bracket included SMU as an at-large entrant. I suspect that is a rare opinion.
