Depending on the venue, court cases are not always available online or for free. (Not sure if that's the case for this one.) It was typically more rare than not for the files to be available easily, and that's partially why so many Florida and California cases get wider distribution for "look at this weird shit!" reasons, because they're more open than other states.

That'll probably be the last story, too. Non-lunatic right wing media wants to ignore the story as much as possible. Which only empowers the lunatic right wing media.

This might be karma, but the MW tournament bracket is out and it is about as perfect as can be for the anti San Jose movement.

Only six qualify and top two seeds get a bye. San Jose State got the No. 2 seed and guess who they will play? The winner of Utah State and Boise State.

So what will they do? Toss away their chance at an NCAA bid for their morals? And give San Jose State a freebie to the championship game?

The MW will also be a one bid league. CSU had a shot at an at large but biffed a road trip last week.

Judge rejects attempt to block San Jose State from Mountain West tournament over trans player

Judge rules San Jose State and Blaire Fleming can play and also that forfeits stand.

So now it will be interesting to see what Boise State and Utah State do with their seasons on the line. Utah State posted on Twitter after the decision was made that it is tourney week and the date and time of the Boise State match. So I guess they are at least planning on playing that.

This is a great point …

For two years, the San Jose State player was on the volleyball team and the world continued to spin. No one was injured, no one was assaulted in a locker room, no legion of transgender women showed up in formation behind her to take over women’s sports. The San Jose State player practiced and played and no one, not her teammates and not her opponents, took issue with it. Whether that’s because no one realized she’s transgender or it was deemed inconsequential are two sides of the same coin.

So what changed? Other than teammate Brooke Slusser and the other grifters deciding that demonizing a young woman would get them a spot on Fox News?

    Nothing. Not a damn thing.
