You didn't see a talented quarterback a franchise can build around?*

*Assuming the franchise is capable of building anything.

You forgot the previous two games -- lost a game when a field goal was blocked and lost a game in OT when the defense gave up three third-and-longs, including one to the backup QB, who had to come in for one play. Eberflus makes Abe Gibron look like George Halas.

He's got to learn to live another play, as it were, and not take killer sacks. But that's a young quarterback thing. We're seeing that this year with Stroud's regression.

In the last three games, he is THE reason they had a chance to win all three. 826 yards, 5 TDs, ZERO interceptions. He hasn't thrown a pick in his last 6 games.

Yeah, I was only thinking of the games that I actually watched.

From Josh Dubow: 221 coaches have had 20+ career games decided by 7 points or fewer. Matt Eberflus' .227 win percentage in those games (5-17) ranks 221st

His road record has to be in the same ballpark. He's coached almost three full seasons and has yet to win a road game on a Sunday. Otherwise known as the day they play almost every goddamn game! Granted, this isn't Sunday, but that's 3-19 career on the road. Ugh.

As a Giant fan, even at the start, I just want this game to end.

Would like to see a match of late-game wits and wisdom between Eberflus and Brent Pry, just for the hilarity of it all.

Williams is as much to blame as the coach at the end of the game, what the hell is he thinking? But once you see your QB has no clue how much time is left you need to call timeout. The previous play was over with 30 seconds to go, you have to get a play off at least by the 12 seconds mark.
