Got it on the 1 1/2 yard line and tried to stuff it up the middle. And you want to be my engineer.

Haynes King really cemented himself as a player I’ll fondly recall for the next 20 years.

Georgia Tech has been on the phone with Brian Kemp for the past 30 minutes, asking him to find them just three more points.

    He’s not taking the calls.

I remain hopeless when it comes to understanding the targeting rule. But I was hoping the talking heads would explain why the hit that led to the fumble with 2:05 left in regulation was permissible. I would have settled for confirmation that the play was reviewed for that purpose.

I don't think I ever experienced Joe Tessitore much, or enough to form an opinion. So I didn't properly understand SJ's hate of him. Now I do. After watching tonight, and getting a full game-plus of him, I wanted to crawl into a hole and die. He is freaking awful. And Jesse Palmer added to my misery. I guess Friday late-night is a good time for them, except for those of us on the West Coast. If there had been a ninth OT, he would have explained Georgia's position AGAIN, for the umpteenth time.

Didn't see it but all plays are reviewed, even if the referee doesn't stop the game and go and look at it.

It's like Tessitore was trying to create a Costas-like gravity to every moment in the OT periods. Felt forced.

I think Georgia Tech should be in the playoff on the merit of the Georgia and Miami games.

Say, have you heard that Georgia's senior class had never lost at home?
