I really hope I didn’t see Bama’s Latrell Wrightsell pop his Achilles in the first half but I’m afraid I saw exactly that.

    Dan Hurley reflects on Maui:

"I'm not doing another 3-game MTE again. Moving forward, we will only play home-and-homes or single-game events... I don't think I'll ever do a 3-game MTE again. There's zero chance I ever do that again"

“Because players would rather never see Hawaii. They’d rather play three teams that have no business being in Division I.”

Games against Quinny, CCSU and Sacred Heart in Storrs coming up, for the Nutmeg Cup.

Remind me to fade UConn at MSG in March.

An ugly trend from the 80s that has started creeping back this season is schools putting on their own Bigshot University Invitational. Naturally they are filling out the field with three teams they found at the dent can store.

Enjoy those season tickets and don’t forget to top off the NIL fund!

You could argue Villanova '85. Lightning in a bottle month followed by more eh Big East seasons, then Rollie left and ended up with crap UNLV and Cleveland State. And everybody knows the rest of the story.....

Be careful. I got dragged once for highlighting Spree's past and the reax was like, "That was in the past," "He served his punishment."
