They were playing the Bears. Everybody already bet it all before they saw the uniforms.

I hadn’t seen any Bears games this season, so no look at Caleb Williams.

So, the Bears didn’t retire Mike Tomczak’s number eh? He was a tremendous background guy in Super Bowl Shuffle.

(I would not have guessed Tomczak played 15 years and started 73 NFL games until I looked it up).

The team is a complete mess with all the upheaval. Williams shows flashes, but he's got to trust himself. He hasn't thrown a pick in two months, but he also passes up easy completions. Anyone who has a key to Halas Hall should be fired as soon as the season ends. A lost season.

Back in the day we called him Neil O'Donnell.

As bad as the Bears have looked, Minnesota has let them hang around. Up to Williams and company to make them regret it.

And a TD comes off the board as a Chicago OL, wearing No. 68, comes in to play fullback, crushes somebody on Swift’s TD run … but failed to report as an eligible receiver.

That’s Bears football since the Commies’ Hail Mary. Chicago settles for the FG.

I know this is not news to any Bears fans here or elsewhere, but they are going to fucking ruin Caleb Williams.

The Raiders are an abortion -- and it's fantastic to see.

I unliked this one — so I could like it a second time.

And of course the Raiders are going to pull this out.

O'Donnell didn't miss a wide-open Larry Brown twice in Super Bowl XXX. Unfortunately for him, Brown was playing for the other team.

(I couldn't resist, but there are Steelers' fans who get pissed if you even mention O'Donnell's name.)
