The guy is nuts. We elected a demented President.

Lessee, he's talking about scrapping the trade treaty that he negotiated with Mexico and Canada. Now a grab for the canal after we signed a treaty with Panama returning it to them. No one is going to want to play "let's make a deal" with Trump when our signature on a treaty is worthless..

I don't need your culture war
It feeds the rich, while it distracts the poor
You're power-hungry, sellin' false hope in a Kroger grocery store
    Ain't that fresh?
I don't need your culture war
Ooh, no, no, no, no, no, no

Sarah Palin: Um, all of em. Saved a hundred thousand clicks.

Even the 100% domestic vendors will raise their prices to match the elevated prices of the imports because that's the marketplace and they can.

This irritates me more than anything. A) Its not like the progressives Manchin says are so toxic have any clout in the Dem Caucus. AOC lost to a 74-year old to be ranking member of Oversight. B) He doesn't seem to have as much of a problem with a President urging on an attack of the Capitol building? This guy talks about the party being focused on "working people" and he screws over working people by not voting for a pro-labor member of the NLRB. I don't understand it at all. Let the Capitol burn because I don't like being corrected when I use the wrong pronoun.

"Montana is the clearest place to see the nationalization of US politics. Whole Dem ticket was multigenerational MT hunters & farmers in bolo ties. Dem gov candidate owned a gun manufacturer. GOP slate was outta state tech. Whole race was dominated by natl culture war & southern border, GOP sweep."

Not to mention the "syndication" of bills at various state legislatures. Whether we are talking about ALEC (righties) or various lefty organizations - they'll find a sponsor and have the bill pre-written. Sometimes the state legislator doesn't even put their state's name in the bill before they submit it. (Oops). Also cheaper and faster for lobbyists to go through state legislatures than Congress.

Trump has to "create" some adversarial relationships to deflect attention to the true adversaries (China and Russia) he doesn't want to irritate.

Manchin and Sinema proved in their curtain calls that it'll be good riddance to both.
