Martin Short’s comic timing is impeccable

 

I thought that performance, especially his singing, was fantastic.

 

Oh, it was. But like I said, I have never thought of it as a Christmas song.

 

Maybe not in the Frosty the Snowman sense, but in the two depressing alcoholics in a toxic relationship sense.

 

I don't know more as much Martin as I should. Does the character blur the line w/the real person?

 

I think he’s beloved among comedians but I’m guessing that he’s always on.

 

I don’t watch Fallon but will check out the segments when short is on because he’ll take stuff from the news since the last time he was on and causally drop in things like “I was glad to see you at the free diddy rally. So courageous to show support ”

 

After a long break, Cameron Diaz has a new movie coming out (with longtime pal Jamie Foxx). She'd be a great host, clever and charismatic.

I didn't know much about Hozier beyond "Take Me to Church," but after this performance I went down the rabbit hole of his music and what it means to him, and his folk/soul/blues inspirations. He was raised Quaker in Ireland! He channels Nina Simone!
I'm now officially a Hozier fangirl stalker.

 

Glaser is a better comedian than Rock. And she sucks.
