It's definitely the most since the Reformation of 2002. At least.

To follow up, 10 of the NFL's 32 teams (31.25%) finished with W% of < .300 in 2024. The total is the highest since at least the Reformation of 1970. As a % of all teams, it's the highest since 1975, when nine of 26 teams (34.62%) were that bad.

Commanders, by my count, won six games this season on scores or defensive stops in the final six seconds of regulation or in OT. Including the final four of the regular season. Can anybody think of a team with six wins in the final seconds like that? Am I missing somebody?

Damn. You're right. Looks like six for the Chiefs as well.
Game 1: Ravens' pass to the back of the end zone incomplete on the final play of regulation. Final: 27-20
Game 2: Butker 51 FG on the final play. Final: 26-25.
Game 8: Kareem Hunt TD run in OT. Final: 30-24
Game 9: Chiefs block FG on final play. Final: 16-14
Game 11: Shrader 31 FG on final play. Final: 30-27
Game 13: Wright 31 FG on final play. Final: 19-17

So that's three game-winning FG on the last play. By three different kickers.
And it doesn't include the Raiders' botched snap on a possible winner because that one came with 15 seconds left.

Look, no apologies at all on this end. Broncos did what they had to do, even against a freshman blood rival.

10-win season (over/under was 5.5). Playoffs for the first time since winning SB50.

They may well go and get smoked 35-10 in Buffalo. A wildly successful season handcuffed by that assclown's contract after cutting him. Things are on the upswing.

I believe you need a 4-5 matchup on Monday, that would be Chargers-Houston or Detroit/Minnesota-Rams.

Chargers-Houston for the Amazon game. Two games on CBS.

If only it could be on Prime.

Alas ... I'm guessing the streamer gets the 8 p.m. Saturday slot like Peacock last year.
