To be fair, when X company lays off X,XXX workers they typically don't know how great/valuable some of the employees may be at their jobs.
The Muskovites aren't making executions to save money. They're doing it to punish people they presume are libruhls.

They should get their questions answered. And then, put the ad inside. It can still have an impact -- maybe even more of one, because it can't just be unwrapped, loose, from the outside of the paper, and tossed aside.

Again, it could set a precedent. And big corporate papers have rigid, detailed rules about what types of ads can be prohibited, and their right to turn away ads that don't meet their rules. But those rules have to apply fairly and consistently for everyone, or the legal battles begin.

It will be terrible but the employees should just shrug and have cards with the WH phone number to give out after a few weeks when the shitters are full, garbage cans are overflowing and attracting wildlife, there's no medical or rescue teams, and housing-food-lodging-hospitality is falling apart.
 
We have a small national monument near us. Discoveries date 12,000 years back, I think. The property is quite remote … perfect for poachers or other trespashers.
