What the hell? Are they turning JBL face or was he just taking out anger because his team failed him last night at Survivor Series?

I don't see how they can turn Mr. Wall Street face in this economy. Hell, JBL should be out there demanding more bailout money and getting even more heat.

JBL should not be a face. He plays the heel roll too well.

Also, Lawler just made a funny. "I know a lot about women. I watch the Oxygen channel a lot."

And Santino was freakin' hilarious before and even during the match against Goldust.

As normal on my Mondays, RAW is on my laptop while I watch my TV shows. But from what I've seen, it hasn't been half bad tonight - JBL surprise boot, Mr. Kennedy's return, the triple threat match.

    Excellent Raw.

Interesting to see Cena's mean streak, Kennedy/Goldust/Melina return, strong triple threat match, and a funny exchange between Shane/Steph to open the show.

It wasn't Gail Kim, it was WWE developmental Diva Milena Roucka who was the "Glamazon in Training"

  5. Didn't watch last night, and it seemed to be a disaster, tonight was more than a decent show. I'm interested to see what this JBL, HBK thing is about. And the final segment with Cena and Jericho was decent.

I'm wondering about the HBK-JBL thing as well.

The final segment was a little corny, but it set the seeds for their next PPV match extremely well.

Shit...so the one night I actually have to work on a Monday Raw is good? Boooo... :D

    It was decent.

    Some thoughts:
-- Glad Melina is back. I've missed that entrance of hers. :D

    -- Goldust? Seriously?

    -- Santino = hi-fucking-larious as usual.

-- What the fuck is up with Mike Knox?

-- No pop whatsoever for Stephanie. Guess I shouldn't be surprised, though, as people still hate her.

-- DX was pretty funny, especially when what's-her-name took her shirt off and threw it back to Trips. Aside: For just having dropped his title, Trips was in a somewhat good mood. But I guess they're saving that stuff for Friday night.

-- Cena may have a helluva mean streak in him. I'll give it a chance and see if I come around to it. I like where they appear to be headed with it, but we'll see what happens.

Did you catch the intros on that Diva match? They apparently had Melina's video up on the screen for all to see and Lawler starts going on about how Melina has returned, except it was Candace Michelle coming out. Then, Melina comes out. The announcers were joking about how the surprise was blown.

BTW, wasn't expecting much out of that Divas match, but Melina had a couple of really good spots to end the match.

Didn't catch that snafu, but that's funny.

You're not the only one who missed Melina's entrance, KYSpts.

For once, a pretty good Raw, although the McMahon sibling rivalry is boring and Mike Knox must have photos on someone to get a push. Trying to see where they go with the Cena mean streak, but there's some potential there.

OK, Raw, your Tivo spot just got a stay of execution.

  12. Speaking of Goldust, he's now had five different stints with WWE. Talk about knowing people in the right places. Also, will we see an angle involving Cody?
