Man, so tried to figure out the top 25, started thinking of all the things i don't know.

-- I don't know if Alabama's that good or Clemson's that bad.
-- I don't know which of the Tigers is the best (though now it's down to three, sorry Xan).
-- I don't know who the second best team in the Big 10 is (though now it's down to two, sorry Juice)
-- I don't know if the Illinois defense could stop anyone.
-- I don't know what to make of a 55 point win over Chattanooga, a 43 point win over Youngstown State or a 34 point win over Georgia Southern.
-- I (still) don't know if BYU is any good. Everyone seems to think they are, but the last team I used that logic on lost to Eastern Carolina.
-- I don't know if I should even bother thinking about Utah since they beat a team that wasn't even in my Top 25. So big woop, right?
-- And I REALLY don't know why anyone ranked Pitt to begin with.

I wouldn't start hatinmg on Clemson just yet.
Yeah, there was no way they were/are going to win the mythical national championship, but they are still the best team in ACC. Ninth is probably about right come December.

I thought (and as much as I loathe John Parker Wilson it kills me to say this) Alabama's offense played pretty solid.
I also thought Clemson's offense played like shit.

Orville, they might be the best in the ACC but Clemson's the Wisconsin of the southeast. Talk a great game, play a tough team and suck, finish 9-3 and pat each other on the back for a job well done.
I'm dropping them right out of my ballot because they do this shit every year.
