My top 2 (LSU, Southern Cal) won't change because they didn't play. My top four is pretty set, with Mizzou and Oklahoma following. Right now I'm thinking ECU at 8, but I wanna see how Texas responds tonight.

    Fire away TP

A quick insight on my ballot -- 1. LSU, 2. Southern Cal, 3. Missouri, 4. Oklahoma, 5. Florida.

Top 2 stayed in same spots, the rest of the top 5 all moved up a spot (bye-bye Bama)

Added to the top 25 -- Oklahoma St. at 21, Arizona St. at 22, Vanderbilt at 23, Kansas at 24, Utah at 25
Dropped from the top 25 -- South Carolina, Bowling Green, Fresno State, Colorado, Tennessee

Other Notes: A lot of shuffling. Bama drops from 3 to 10. ECU rises from 20 to 7. Cal went from 23 to 15. Ohio State slips from 9 to 13, West Virginia from 13 to 16. And for one person, I move Kentucky back a spot to 18. In hindsight, dropping Texas from 7 to 11 might have been too far but I wasn;t impressed with them against UTEP

It's not like they losed THAT much from a year ago. Never caught that until now. Anyway, my Top 25 summary, starting with my top five, which hasn't changed since the season began ...

    1. Georgia
    2. Ohio State
    3. Southern California
    4. Mizzou
    5. Oklahoma

    Debuts -- None
    Dropouts -- None
Biggest gain -- East Carolina, from No. 23 to No. 11
Biggest drop -- West Virginia, from No. 12 to No. 25

West Virginia fell from 13 to out in mine. Just one touchdown might have kept them at 25, and I figure they will probably be back in next week.
    My top five:
    1. USC
    2. Ohio State
    3. LSU
    4. Mizzou
    5. Oklahoma

Ohio State had been my No. 1, and I debated on keeping it there.
The thing for me is, I'm not a big guy who looks at the scores, looks how down a team is. I look at whether you won or not. The bottom line is, if you are truly good, you find a way to win, no matter how down you are, and how bad you looked to that point. If you're not truly good, then someone will knock you off. Some teams get a little luck to find the win though (like BYU, even though it still had to block the extra point) and others step up when they have to.
Ultimately, though I just think right now if the Buckeyes faced off with the Trojans the Trojans would win.

West Virginia is out, falling from 13.
If they'd just scored a TD then they'd probably at least claim the 25th spot (which I admit is odd considering what I just said above, but in thie case, WV lost).
