Have you had a look around the league?

When is it ok for the head to be the principle point of contact? The answer should be never but of you can provide an example I’d love to hear it

when checking a player and the player ducks or lowers his body.

That was awesome. Didn't current Kings radio analyst Daryl Evans score the game-winning goal? I'm also wondering who LA's goaltender was. Mario Lessard might have faded off into his quick hockey oblivion by that time.

    Only superficially.

I know Phoenix is a total disaster area though the complexities of their lease are something I don't understand. I keep expecting them to move.

San Jose is not drawing well and probably only receives table scraps as revenue in that market after the NFL, NBA and MLB get their share. But I suspect table scraps in Silicon Valley are probably filling.

Buffalo is an attendance disaster. But the Pegula's just got a billion dollar gift from the state to build the Bills a new stadium so I suspect they are OK.

Ottawa is also a disaster but ahs been in the league a long time. Can they make it.

Am I incorrect in my judgements.

The revenue Winnipeg generates in their market will make it so they are just fine.

TheSharks are in an actually hockey market and have been successful. Buffalo loves hockey.

Florida and Phoenix are a joke and contribute nothing to this league and I’m not sure why the PA and other owners put up with it.

Could be some guys like warm weather, beaches and what they pay in taxes there vs some other places.

Not sure what that has to do with teams that will have trouble supporting themselves.

But sure, who wouldn’t like those things.

may have something to do with PA putting up with it if guys like playing and living there.

Not if it keeps revenue down. No chance. And who is signing in Arizona these days? The only way they they meet the cap floor is with contracts that are on LTIR so they don’t have to pay real money
