I know it's the two face stables and the two heel stables, but it's been a long time since there's been some good gang warfare on WWE TV.

Throw in Zelina and Rhea and make it 7-on-7 chaos next week.

This was great. Insight into his WCW/WWE appearances, and a Who's Who of wrestling impressions. Just give me Sasso, Jay Lethal and Jason Sensation in a room together riffing on each other.

Not bad. I count 20 future WWE Hall of Famers on one card, including Madusa and Harley Race as valet/manager.

As much as I've bitched about how they've treated the Miz, at least he had a good showing this past Monday against Seth Rollins. I still think he has another second-tier title run in him if not one of the big belts once they split them up. Let him tie Jericho for the most reigns with the IC belt. He deserves it for everything he's done for the company. Plus, he's running out of belts for Xavier Woods to win off him. (That's an UpUpDownDown reference for anyone who doesn't follow that.)

Love seeing the three "other" pillars battle on the mic with each other.

I was hoping they would just do a fatal four-way for the belt instead of having the other three battle in a mini-tournament, but I guess that's not a very usual thing for AEW -- with multi-man (or woman) matches for a title.

Arn can still deliver a promo like few others. Glad to see him back after losing his son (not Brock) not too long ago.

Callis comes back and brings Takeshita with him to help the Elite. Still waiting to see if this is a swerve and it's Callis (and Takeshita?) being a mole for the BCC, but it looks like Bryan is leaning more into a mouthpiece/manager role for the BCC to keep his wear and tear down.

OK, the melodramatic nature of Britt getting beat up in front of Cole is a bit much. He's concerned about a few kendo shots to the same Britt who's been in multiple blood-soaked matches with Rosa?

And where was Hayter, Willow and all the other women targeted by the Outcasts?

The crowd is not very into this main event.
