  2. OK, you see these two covers as being the same?
    Don't see it myself.

  3. Guess they didn't have any good ideas in their weekly budget meeting.

Don't look at me. I pitched Michael Phelps.

I dunno, F-B. Two group portraits, same team (New York, of course, which makes this more glaring). Not the same-same, but out of all the sports world, this treatment seems a little redundant to me.

It ain't the same, but it's very, very similar. Same team. Same concept. Less than a year apart.

I'd be very surprised if no one in the office said, "Hey, doesn't this look like ..."

Does he have a secondary skill? Like pitching? Because the Mets can do it all.

Pulled it out of my mailbox at work, and my first thought was, "I've seen this before..."

This happens at my paper about three times a year.

I think the Mets are just scared to appear on the cover alone. Must be some kind of social anxiety disorder.

In addition to being the World's Greatest Athlete, Phelps also has some very interesting new insights into the Koran, Bob Barker, Jessica Alba, Yuengling, You Tube and the Sopranos. I thought it was a slam dunk.
