A little rock and roll nostalgia

    This was well before my time, but a very nice article on the Brennan family, which owned some of the biggest AM stations in the South in the 50s and 60s and staged incredible concerts in Alabama and Florida.

    The lede is about the Beatles playing the Gator Bowl in the aftermath of a hurricane, but my favorite part is about a show they produced in Birmingham. Where are you ever going to see a lineup this diverse?
