I'm so excited for the kid, it's tough to explain. I haven't seen him since Festivus, 2006, and likely won't see him until the wedding in October. I've never met the girl, but that doesn't matter. I just can't wait to go out there for his day. I've already got a date, a hotel room, a rental car and am starting the plans for a bachelor party. This will be good.

Congrats to your friend, and have a good time. I've got three weddings already lined up this summer, and unfortunately two are on the same day! Unfortunately, I was going to be a groomsman in both weddings, so I had to go with who asked first. Anyways, it will be weird seeing my friends getting married this summer, when I'm so far away from even contemplating it.

Don't worry about the price, I'm sure it will be worth it. At least that's what I'll be telling myself this summer.

The price doesn't bother me. He'll have to come East for mine, I'm sure, so it's a good trade-off. This is the third wedding I'll be in and the second one I'll be best man. I've got a feeling I've got at least two more best-man duties to go. That's what happens when you're the "meeting point" of all your friends.

It is weird, though, because I always thought I'd be the first of my group to get married. With one already gone and two engaged -- and me being single, of course -- I might be closer to last. But it's going to be a great time. I'll make sure of it.
