Ad prices at newspaper websites

    Random curious conversation the wife and I just got on.... how much do banners, in-story, side rail ads cost at top newspaper/media TV websites? What is the pricing criteria? Is it by time duration or clicks/engagement?

    For example, these ads from my hometown shop below:

    I don't know how much my chain charges. I believe almost everything sold is a web/print package. They also handle buying advertising for clients on Google and Meta.

    All of those ads in your screenshot on the Enquirer site are Google ads (arrow icon on the top right corner). All ads on this site (and many, many others) are through Google.

    A fellow Enquirer sufferer! It is a terrible paper, which is unfortunate because a lot of good people work there. Pains me every time I open the e-edition.
