I like the new BYH, he plays the professional heel.

He's new to it, but its like its the part he was born to play, baby.

I am also researching the Ravens and Texans and Packers and Giants and Saints and 49ers, just in case. Though the idea of the Broncos losing to the SAINTS in the Super Bowl, and the streets flowing with the angry blood of the believers, might be worth the ordeal it would require to get there.

Tom Brady's terrible! Hasn't thrown 50 TD passes in any of the last four seasons!

Guess who else was 8-4 in his first 12 games with the Broncos?

    Josh McDaniels.

I predict that Tebow will sustain his ability to be a good kid, who thinks more about others than about himself.

He's not only been the best story in the NFL this year, he's been the least predictable big story.

And, when over 50 million people watch the end of the AFC Wild Card game, and it delivers the highest ratings in over 24 years, you can't blame anyone in the public or in the media for over hyping the him. He deserves every bit of attention he's getting.

And, if he wants to praise God every time someone puts a microphone in front of his face, well, more power to him.

I'm basically a member of the "shut up and sing" chorus. Have been to too many concerts that have been hijacked by preachy liberalism in the middle of the concert. In the middle of the concert.

But, I don't see any reason to get offended by someone who genuinely thanks his God at every opportunity. It's pre- and/or post-game. Don't watch it. It's predictable.

And, if it's the actual message -- a religious one -- that offends you, as opposed to the delivery of any general message, then that strikes me as a kind of anti-religious bigotry.

I like to get on BYH on some topics. But, I have no real issue with him. But, I'm not sure how you can describe his reaction to Tebow as anything short of bigotry.

He comes off as less Kane and more Doink.

AGAIN: It's how I feel about ANYONE who shoves religion down my throat. You can look it up, as the saying goes. I have been utterly consistent with this, and open about it. Proving how statistically unlikely it is Tebow will keep this pace up and getting his rabid fans into a frothy rage is just a bonus.

The problem with Tebow is he IS more in our face about it than just about anyone, which is compounded by the natural tendency of NFL rightsholders to publicize him well beyond the point of oversaturation. I am also annoyed by the hypocrisy of the fans who would scream bloody murder if he was, say, not standing for the pledge of allegiance b/c of religious beliefs. How'd that work out for Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf?

I don't like religion. Period. It's a crock of shit and I am offended when anyone who chooses to believe in this fairy tale refuses to keep it to him/herself. That's how I feel, and I am more than happy to continue this discussion with anyone who wants to do so. I have yet to sway anyone to my side of the debate, but the next person who thinks I'm a bigot after the discussion will be the first.

Ochocinco usually tweets about his Prius, his dinner or calls his followers "grasshopper."

I don't think Tom Brady tweets, but his hair does have an account (@bradyshair).

I used to ride the subway from the North Bronx to the World Trade Center every day. It was a nearly soul crushing journey. Even though I got on very early in the train's run, I rarely got a seat.

And, while I'm not super religious, I'm also not against religion in general, or religion in the public square.

One morning, some guy gets on and starts preaching the Bible. It's 6:30 in the morning. I'm tired. I want to read my Daily News & be left alone.

So, I tell the guy, "hey, what are you doing. You don't reach the Gospel to a captive audience. Jesus told people, 'come, follow me,' and then he went off and preached on a hillside. he didn't preach to a captive audience.

I was offended by this guy trying to shove his religion down my throat.

I would have been offended by any sales pitch on a packed subway car at any time of day.

I don't see Tebow as preaching to a captive audience. People keep putting microphone's under his nose. People keep watching TV after the final whistle. He might not be on a hillside, but it's avoidable, especially since it's so predictable.

Tebow's not shoving his religion down your throat, BYH. He says what he feels about his faith, but no more than any number of athletes do/would when given the opportunity. To you, that's "shoving it down your throat." But you're in the minority.
