I watched it in real time. Matthews is a thoroughgoing tool, and has been since the Lewinsky thing, but he fancies himself a historian, and the talk radio guy shouldn't have walked into the wheelhouse like that. My favorite moment came later, when James went into the Bill Clinton Is Responsible For 9/11 monologue and Mark Green suggested he read Richard Clarke's book about how the responsibility should be parceled around, and this mallethead starts screaming, "Watch The Pathway To 9/11!"
Let's see.
