    51 may be a generous line for a team that gave up 63 at home to Vandy.

    How bad are things in Boulder? Colorado is a 17-point dog at Air Force.

    Thinking about the "randos" who won national titles in the late '80s, early '90s - it obviously helped that Texas and Alabama were in disarray. Texas still kind of is. Saban keeps the donors at bay - I don't think Sarkesian has that kind of juice and it shows. See also USC most seasons. Alums and donors are probably the greatest "equalizer" in college football - yes, they may donate money to make teams competitive, but they also interfere enought (NCAA or no NCAA) to destabilize a coach and put a program on tilt by bringing in a "weak" coach who they can push around - and out if they don't win a national title within four years.

    Hell I thought it was a first-half line.

    Clearly you're talking about Auburn right :)

    But who were the randos that won titles in the 80s? Georgia had the player in the country by far although he's a fucking idiot. I guess you could call Clemson a randoms for that era. 1982 and 1986 were Penn State. 1983 Miami? Sure. 1984 BYU? Absolutely. But then it's Oklahoma, more Miami, Notre Dame, even more Miami. Once Miami won it in 1983 it was clear that south Florida was always a diamond mine, but now those kids didn't have to go into flyover states to play college football. I guiess 1990 Colorado is a random, but they plauyed for the title the year prior and Notre Dame whipped them in the Orange Bowl.

    51 is too much to pass up.
    I know Hawaii is awful…….but if they can manage one score, they should be good. 2 scores, they’re in the cat bird seat.

    Check the total on that, might be an opportunity for the "rover and over"

    Michigan will not win by 52 or more. Ain't happening*.

    * Unless it's 55-0.

    One touchdown fucks a nation of degenerates.

    Hawaii is entirely capable of losing 77-0.
