I know I'm negative by default on Pitt (you would be too), but this Cal game scares me. They're big, physical and might be pissed off after that Miami loss. Couple that with Pitt having terrible lines on both sides of the ball and this could be a letdown game.

I'm still happier than hell to be 5-0 after last year's 3-9 nonsense.

    Some takeaways here:
    • Kennesaw State has ARRIVED baby! SEC Shorts. We did it y’all!
    • I’m genuinely pleased that the focus is more on celebrating Vanderbilt than clowning on Alabama. I would still expect us to get rightfully hammered in a bonus short this week.
    • I had some doubts as to whether they could meet the moment, but this was incredibly well-written. Thankfully it is not their last episode, but if it had to be it would be a magnificent finale.

As always, the captions make SEC Shorts even better. Also, that Herbstreit bumper at the end was pretty good too.

I read that the only Big Ten team to cross two time zones and win a conference game so far is ... Indiana?

We’ll see after this week. Besides liking the Buckeyes’ chances, I think U-Dub has a good shot at beating the Hawkeyes.

If you don't watch them with this one, you're missing out. This was my favorite.
Tough assignment for them to live up to expectations this week, but they nailed it.

All of the callbacks to previous skits were perfection. Trying not to be a spoiler, but I kind of expected a ring to come out for the finale.

And another tradition tossed out the window with the Red River Shootout moved to 3:30.

Nobody wants to be at the Cotton Bowl after dark.

Didn't it used to be at noon or 11 a.m.?

11 a.m., though it has moved a bit this century, twice at noon (2000 and 2005) and six times at 2:30 p.m., but it's been 11 a.m. since 2011 -- until now.
