Columbus, Ga., copy editor

    The Columbus (Ga.) Ledger-Enquirer, a 42,000 (daily), 52,000 (Sunday) circulation McClatchy paper, is soon to have a copy desk opening. Duties would include copy editing and layout. DTI is the system used. If you're interested, you can submit resume, cover letter and samples of your work to:

    I don't know the sports editor, but I know and have met some other people that work at Columbus and they are good people.
    From what I know about this paper it's a pretty good one.

    This is a good sports section and Kevin is a great guy. Columbus isn't a bad town, either.
