Fashion question - Any men wearing those Euroshirts

sported by some of the coaches at the WC?

The Dutch coach, as well as Jurgen Klinsmen (sp?) of Germany wear them. Simple light blue shirts, short-sleeve. Kinda business, kinda casual. Certainly European looking. Although the Dutch coach sort of looked like a waiter today. Sporting some leather-type black pants.

I know this is more of a "mustard stain on an old Izod" type crowd, but anybody wearing those shirts?

What exactly makes the shirt that guy's wearing a "Euroshirt"?

Maybe it's the pic but it looks like one of those godawful short sleeve dress shirts that no one in their right mind would wear.

 

That shirt is white, and no I don't own one.

JR, it looks like a button-down polo with a tighter cut. I know I'll never wear one, but Jurgen and Hans are welcome to it.

 

Ok, but there's nothing distinctively European about it from what I can see.

Or is "European" a code word for "nothing I'd wear because I'm too fat"?

 

I don't know if I'll ever wear a short-sleeved dress shirt. Certainly not a white or light blue one. But that's just me.

 

When I hear short sleeve dress shirts, I think of one thing:

 

Bad shirt. Bad tie. Bald. Big gut.
