Favorite single scene in a movie

Good Will Hunting when Robin Williams' character finally breaks Matt Damon's. "It's not your fault."

When the kid questions Murdock in the cockpit in Airplane. "Tell your old man to drag Walton and Lanier up and down the court for 48 minutes."

The moment Ben Stiller turns around to put Ethan Hawke in his place as a man is the moment he became a movie star.

That's another way of saying the director nailed a moment of moments.

lol I just looked to see who the director of Reality Bites was: Ben Stiller

YES!!!!

You're supposed to hear that in Marv Albert's voice.

The final scene in the 1949 British film "The Third Man," where Joseph Cotten watches his unrequited love ignore him as she walks past ... amid the falling leaves ... and zither music. Achingly beautiful.

This one's always in the running ...

EDIT TO ADD: The content is offensive, but the acting and the tension of the scene are riveting.
