What's up, guys? Mid-twenties -- worked at a couple newspapers, a TV station, and now for a few sites as a freelancer.

Do you ever give feedback on each other's work?

I've found critical evaluation to be sorely lacking in the online climate. You finish a piece and then it's just done. Readers will comment on it, but it's hard to get constructive criticism from people in the industry because everyone is so focused on their own work. Your friends say it's great, but you know it could be way better. Obviously, this makes improvement difficult.

If not here, have you found any other places where people will rip your piece up and tell you how it could have been better?
