Um, you're forgetting about the attacks in Cairo, Tunisia and Yemen that week that were over the video. Their mistake was lumping Benghazi in with the other attacks.

And BTW, they had less than a month to figure out that it wasn't a video. Unlike a certain someone else, who kept repeating that we'd find certain weapons in a certain location, even after intelligence said there wasn't any there, and cost 1,200 times the lives of Americans.

I'm not at all familiar with the legalities of it all, but I suspect it's because there's not much that can be done about it. As I understand it, you renounce your former citizenships when you take the oath during nationalization, but that doesn't mean that the other country necessarily recognizes that. Further, you might become a citizen of the U.S. without having to be naturalized -- say, you were born in Country X but your parents were both U.S. citizens. By default you have dual citizenship (in lots of instances).

This works both ways, too. As a graduate student my wife spent a good bit of time studying in Italy. Apparently in years past several students of Italian descent in that program found themselves subject to Italy's military service laws since, unbeknownst to them, Italy considered them to be Italian citizens.

Belief in hospitality, charity, preserved many of ancient Greek and Roman works, invented algebra (maybe that's not as much a positive), spirituality.

There's five positive aspects. Now name five positive aspects of the Confederate flag.

At Easter, there has to be about a half-dozen Christian terrorist bombings or shootings. Trying to search for that now..... in the meantime I hope the president made sure to wish the parents of the "common criminal" who took out four Marines a most Happy Ramadan.

Wouldn't that be disrespectful, as in you're sitting on the flag?
