Freelancer Available in Southwest Indiana

I'm based in Evansville, Indiana, a hotbed for high school basketball and home to the Evansville Aces of the Missouri Valley Conference and Division II University of Southern Indiana. I'm available for features on local colleges and high schools as well as on individual athletes. We have several basketball and football players receiving offers and significant interest from Division I schools. I'm a high school Journalism teacher, with a degree from WKU in Journalism, and I was a sports writer before becoming a teacher. The school I teach at has a sophomore basketball player who has already received offers from Kansas, Indiana, Iowa, Louisville, IUPUI, and Illinois.

The Ohio Valley Conference basketball tournament will be in town in March. I'm also available for any stories on WKU teams and athletes, as I have connections in their athletic department. Email me at coleclaybourn@gmail.com if interested.
