It's 84 degrees here thanks to the weather channel.

I forgot that I left an overnight bag in my car last night.

I don't think liquidized Secret is still good for the pits, is it?

TBF will be happy to know I followed his advice. Over the course of watching a 90-minute practice in Ashburn today, I knocked off four bottles (of water, not Yuengling, for once in my life). It was pretty miserable and I was still sweating like mad, but I was pretty amazed that by the time practice ended, I was kind of used to it.

So if you're gonna be outside, do yourself a favor and follow TBF's advice.

 

But don't you glow after sex?
