How many times do you order take-out?

On average a month? I would have included going to restaurants, but I imagine those numbers have gone down since COVID.

Too many. I'd say our base right now is four per week, but that probably doesn't include all the times my kid orders lunch or something.

Max of 4 - I limited myself to once a week and often don't even do that

We're probably three or four times a week. I don't get home until 7 or 8, or even later several nights a week so I'm often in the mood to hit a drive thru rather than cook something or wait for the wife to cook something when I get home. Even if she cooks and has it waiting on me, either she's waiting on me to eat or it'd have to be reheated when I got home. A lot of variables leading to convenience and an expanding waist line.

I usually eat at the restaurant, once or twice a week. Takeout tends to get cold by the time I get it home.

During the pandemic - Once per week, usually Saturday. That would be in-person dining in the past. Every once in a while - like, every two or three months - we might need to grab dinner on a Thursday or Friday night, because we didn't get something delivered that we ordered for curbside grocery pick-up or our farm share delivery. Pre-pandemic, the average was closer to twice a week, because I was playing basketball three times a week. (I've also cut alcohol out from my life, mostly for the dietary reasons.)

Twice a week, Monday and Wednesday, to help local places survive COVID.

I was going to make a terrible tiktok joke, but that's pretty awesome.

Too much. But I'm not a good cook. It's just me. And I would waste a lot if I didn't eat out. Though when I go to my sister's, she'll send me home with leftovers. Except yesterday when we devoured all of the ribs and sides my brother-in-law cooked up.

We generally do takeout dinner on Friday or Saturday nights, both if I don’t grill. I will usually do lunch from a local salad place at least once a week and my kids will usually do a fast casual dinner once per week if we can’t work out making them dinner.

Not much of a difference pre-Covid.
