Already a fresh four inches on the ground outside my house in south central Va. Coming down hard too.

I'm prepared. I'm off for the weekend. My fridge is stocked. My bar is set, my bong is loaded and I just re-upped. Thank goodness .

Not much damage here so far. Maybe an inch, probably less. Just started sticking not long ago. Man, I hope they really blew this forecast.

Just rain here, though we're "supposed" to have 8-14 inches on the ground by this time tomorrow.

Radar is pretty accurate- Looks like the entire east coast is in for some fun.

Happy hour ruled. I'm stocked up on all the essentials. Shit is starting to stick now. Time to stay in until Monday. Party on, snowbirds!

I sure hope that at least one of the restaurants I can walk to is open by Sunday because at the rate I've been eating, I'm going to run out of food.

So, when is all that stuff supposed to be through and done? I'm leaving at buttcrackofdawn Monday to drive from CT to KY. Trying to figure out if the interstates will be clear, or if snow's supposed to continue through most of my drive.

Sounds like DC is going to get crushed ... we're getting off a little light down here. Sleeting right now on top of the six inches of snow. Supposed to turn back to snow overnight.

It's raining here, probably cutting what we would've gotten by well over a foot. Still should be in line for 6-8 inches.
