We in Buffalo feel your pain. We've had the "The Blizzard of '77"... 24 inches of snow in 3 hours 11/00... 89.7" inches in one week 12/01... 21" inches in 10/07 which basically knock all of our trees. Today the sidewalks are dry, the roads dry. Godspeed my princes of Middle Atlantic... my kings of Virginia

I don't know exactly how much snow we got here, but it's a shit ton. We shoveled the same two spots about 100 times today. Too. Much. Snow.

Fortunately, we got the wife's car dug out. Took a while, but it's about 90 percent done; just a little left on the top and back. It makes my back hurt and my heart flutter to even look at my car. We'll tackle that tomorrow. I'm hoping I'll be off Monday, but who the hell knows.

You sure it was your snow they wanted to shovel? Maybe they lived downwind....

  7. I feel for everyone that got hammered. We got another 4 or so inches Friday through Saturday to add to a crazy winter, but it was definitely not 30+ inches. That is insane. I'm flying south for the winter from here on out!

Post reported that parts of Montgomery County got 40 inches. Just mind blowing.

We were supposed to get dumptrucked by a storm in the 8-11 inch range. However, it appears the storm decided to make a left turn at Alberquerque, and now they are only saying freezing rain, then 2-5 inches on top.

I feel bad for the people in the east. Fuckabuncha 30 inches.

We don't need public transportation. Both cars will be good to go in just a couple hours.

On the plus side, this snow is a great excuse to skip a Super Bowl party I have no interest in.
