    I actually saw this happen in Portland once. I don't know if it was fat or just chicken remnants, but it was in an uncovered truck and it braked hard and stuff spilled over. It smelled terrible, glad I was heading in the other direction.

    Wasn't me, this time!

    This is why I'm glad (for now) I live in the Northland and commute mostly against the flow of traffic to my Johnson County, Kansas, office. This shit from the Missouri suburbs into downtown, annoying gridlock from Johnson County into downtown. Ugh.
