Shouldn't have read that at work. Children shouldn't get sick.

That was a difficult read. Especially since I have a job on a holiday "Polar Express" train as the big guy.

 

And on the other end of the spectrum we have Santa truthers.

Sad read. His quote telling the family that he needed them to not cry or stay out if the room hit me hard.

 

Given a day to think about this ...

• What was the hospital?
• What was the boy's name?
• What were his parents' names?
• Is this how people die? They talk, talk, talk, say things that would make a perfect climax to a Mitch Albom novel, and then ... die?

Hmmmmmm ...

 

Unfortunately, PW2 hasn't been seen in months. Only he could get to the bottom of this.

 

I wonder if the reporter made any calls to verify the story.

I wonder if he checked to make sure that the source was really a Ranger.
