Jerry Rice returns to the 49ers

And I hate this new policy can't switch Display names anymore I hate it.

 

The report says that he will retire on November 19th against the Seahawks. They'll have a video montage and Rice will deliver a speech. I, for one, don't understand why he's retiring in the middle of the season. If you're gonna' come back like this, you might as well play the whole season.

 

It's just a chance for the dog-ass 49ers to milk at least one sellout this season.

Rice began his broadcasting career on SIRIUS Satellite Radio in June. He can be heard three days a week throughout the year exclusively on SIRIUS NFL Radio, channel 124."

If he was going to play this season, he wouldn't be doing a radio show three days per week.

 

Then leave.

 

It's not like Alex Smith needs veteran leadership or anything. :

 

Perhaps he'll perform with the cheerleaders.

 

The size of Alex Smith's hands are equivalent to a 3 year old's hands. He's been looking good in the pre-season. But at the same time, my Lions have also been looking good , so I guess it dosn't really mean much....
