Norm! Well, let's go down the list

    Doc is doing laundry
Buckdub is packing for what seems to be a vaca.
I'm at work, dreading every moment sometimes.
Raineydianne is sitting across from me, deleting pictures and in general..being a punk.
Flash is awake (that's all I know)
and umm... others are watching what we write in hopes we'll say something stupid (what else is new).

    What's up with you?

    "something stupid" 8)

Ahh, just going home to see some fam and (mostly) friends for a few days. Haven't been back since I moved. More looking forward to getting away from work for a week than anything else. Those six-day weeks are burning me the fuck out.

    Umm...well let's see.

    A) you are a punk... if you want, we can call Doc to confirm this, but he's only going to call you a ho-bag.
    B) It's not that slow.  I've had a story every day.  Can't you figure out how to find stories out there? :)

    A) Doc can't confirm if I'm a ho-bag or not (which I'm not.)

    B) You get all of the exciting stories...nobody gives a shit about the boring stuff!

    C) I'm tired.

Buck, congrats. Enjoy the time off. Also, enjoy the time off from SportsJournalists.com. ;D

spup, GET TO WORK!!! This is rediculous!!! :p

raineydianne, I don't believe we've ever met. Nice to meet you, and keep spup in line, please. That's a full-time job, I know.

Me? I have to cover a NBA draft party for a kid I cover on my beat, so I'm preparing myself. I had to do that last year for a teammate of his, and it was among the worst events I've ever had to cover in 15 years. I'm hoping this one goes better.

Is spup getting any work done today? Or has she already punched the clock and spent the day planning for her trip this weekend?

i think she's pretending to get work done...while planning her trip! ;)

part of that story might be a lie...it's hard to tell from here.
