I am so tired today, but I will officially be off the board tonight... going to a remote location.. no phone signal, no internet... I don't know what life without technology is like. Don't worry, I'll just be gone one night (like any of you were actually concerned.) :)

Ugh ... the after-effects of alcohol.

Passing out and making the dumbass mistake of not having a glass of water at the ready. Finding, when you wake up, that your mouth is drier than Bea Arthur's cooch; and just as useless when you try to talk.

Staggering into the bathroom, and finding you can't swallow your first two drinks of blessed H20 because your mouth has soaked it all up.

Knowing that you have to go to work in two hours, but taking solace in the fact that you're not going to be dragging as much as a certain SportsJournalists.com member who had to wake up a lot earlier than I did. ;)

Seeing a torrential downpour from your bedroom window, and knowing your 25-mile drive to work will be about as much fun as a coffee enema.

But knowing, in the end, it was worth it. :D

Oh no, I got on a vicious streak yesterday. Usually, it takes quite a bit to make me snap but this old fella, one of the groundskeepers, cussed me and my buddy out for trying to take BP on a closed field.
I snapped and tore the old prick a new asshole.

Damn, that's a visual that's going to cause some wicked nightmares.

Dragging does not even describe it. Two hours... two freaking hours. I finally got a nap LATE this afternoon, but dragging does not even describe what I was like after two hours of sleep.
