    I like showing the boys how I can completely fold myself in two while standing up. I love yoga.

    One of my older co-workers told me he dislocated his hip by doing downward dog or some shit.

    I don't need that.

    Hmmm. Downward facing dog is a beginning pose. It's really fairly simple. Your co-worker must have been really out of shape.
