You are out of your mind:

Popular Facebook evangelist Joshua Feuerstein calls on Christians to "punish Planned Parenthood" and make abortion providers fear for their life.

The obnoxious but popular Christian evangelist Joshua Feuerstein published the following video to his Facebook page on July 29:

What does "popular Facebook evangelist" even mean? Does he have a church?

Is he even "popular". He has 1.8 million Facebook followers. Joel Osteen has 12 million followers. Rick Warren has 4.4 million.

He's a nobody.

He also published his video in July! The guy who shot up the Colorado Clinic was a hermit, living in a cabin in the woods. I'm guessing he didn't follow this guy on Facebook.

Is there any evidence anyone has acted on this guy's video?

I think 1.8 million followers qualifies as popular. He started the whole Starbucks freak-out single-handedly.

But nobody boycotted Starbucks, or even gave a shirt. You said so yourself.

The media caused the Starbucks freakout by picking it up.

I understand that. I'm not saying he's influential. But he's popular.

I think he had a rant a couple of years ago "proving" that evolution was bullshirt, and I saw it getting shared left and right.

By what standard is he popular?

1.2 million people isn't a lot in a country of 300 million. He has a 10th of the Facebook followers of Joel Osteen.

Guys life Osteen and Rick Warren have mega-Churches, have sold millions of books, and have crossed over into mainstream consciousness.

I hate to sound like Devil. I get that he's got a million social media followers, and depending on how often they "share" his posts, they can "go viral", but there's no such thing as a "popular facebook evangelist. That's not a thing.

Just the fact that someone used the term "popular Facebook evangelist" with a straight face makes me want to blow myself up and take the entire Internet with me.

For decades, people here have discussed pissant cable news shows that would LOVE to have a million viewers.

If you say one follower equals one subscriber to a newspaper, he has more individual reach than all but three American newspapers.

I'd guess I'd argue that five years ago, a "popular Facebook evangelist" wasn't a thing. I don't think that's true anymore. It is a thing. Just like being a Vine personality or being a multi-millionaire from your youtube channel.

Also, to back up Poindexter's point, MSNBC's Morning Joe has less than 500,000 viewers most days.

One follower doesn't equal one viewer or one subscriber but crazy religious dude does have a following.
