That's pretty smooth, much like a shot of Crown.

 

Crown and Diet Coke is my preferred cocktail of choice.

 

Being a Canadian meant our fathers drank rye whiskey and pretty much only rye whiskey. I don't think I've had a rye and ginger in probably thirty five years. The smell turns me off.

Crown Royal, like Canadian Club, is trying to reposition irself as being a hip and cool drink rather than your grandfather's booze.

My dad only bought Crown Royale at Xmas since it was considered "the good stuff". And like me, millions of Canadian kids fought over the purple bag which was used to store our marbles.

 

What is it with ad people coming on this board to pimp their work?

 

Ours held all my dad's quarters so he'd be ready when my uncle came over to play cards.

 

Crown Royal is a damn fine product.

If you like rye whiskey. I think I have too many bad memories associated with it. Like drinking too much of the shit when I was a teenager and puking all over the place.

 

I do like rye. I just had a little Wild Turkey rye two weeks ago at a poker game.
Quite nice.
