Maualaga 'apologizes' to Erin Andrews

USC has made Rey Maualaga apologize. Video of incident in question available on link.

Probably wise of ESPN to simply accept apology and not have Andrews make a statement.

That's just not enough, dammit! Think of the emotional trauma he put Erin through!

Good for Southern California and for the Maualaga.

It was unbelievably ignorant. It wasn't criminal. If Maualaga realizes it wasn't the smartest thing to do and did more than just mouth the words, that's enough.

 

A minor incident, greatly inflated by media and this board into something more than just a 22-year-old's moment of "look at ME!!!!" hubris.

Thankfully now closed.

 

I just wonder if that account of her "playful" behavior in the Cubs locker room played a role in that incident at all.

 

Of course, you're assuming most people have even heard about that.

 

Has Erin Andrews apologized yet for being so bad?

 

Which one? The one there, or the one at the Rose Bowl?
