NCAA football question

    Does anyone know what the old NCAA rule that prohibited freshman from playing was called -- i.e. Rule 31.7.2, Bylaw 46? I would like to reference it for a story I am writing for tomorrow's newspaper. It would be even better if someone can point me in the direction of the wording of the former rule. I have been looking for it with no luck. Thanks in advance for your help. I appreciate it.

    I think it was called the "no freshmen" rule.

    Freshmen can't play.
