NCAA Tournament, First/Second Round, Milwaukee

    I'm a Milwaukee-based freelancer who is available to cover the first and second round of the NCAA tournament in Milwaukee on March 16 and 18. I have extensive experience covering college basketball, including the NCAA tournament.
