    I think Pierce has done a good job - and I would prefer the Raiders develop some continuity - the last two coaches have done "teardowns" of rosters of teams that were coming off a playoff appearance and one just a year removed, in addition to having total control of the front office and scouting. Don't know if you keep the GM too. A big question is what kind of staff Pierce would put together, how much of the "Patriots West" of the teams football operations will remain. They still need a QB. I'd be fine with a short "prove it" deal for both Pierce and Summers, say a three year deal with five year extensions with healthy raises after two years.
