Quest may as well be kryptonite for the Niners in recent years.

I love how both fanbases are like "Nope. No chance this week."

    Reverse-jinxes don't work.

It’s simple, the Niners are a far better team than the Seahawks and the Seahawks are banged up. That’s why they are favoured on the road.

The Seahawks also have Russell Wilson and the Niners don't. Since he completely ass-fucked me in my fantasy title game, I expect an MVP-like performance this week.

So do I. I don’t want it to happen but the Niners have been suspect on defense their last two games.

Yes. They have Wilson. They are also without their left tackle and down to their 4th string running back. And their defense is worse off. The clock has struck midnight for this team. I’d love to see one more miracle this Sunday but I wouldn’t bet a penny on it.

I'd be shocked if the Seahawks won. Then again, I was just shocked just as much when the Eagles beat the Cowboys. I gave up betting the NFL awhile ago, but I'd be broke for Christmas if I hadn't. Dallas looked like lock of the decade's close.

In both Dallas vs. Philly, and Seattle vs. San Fran, you have an X factor that can swing it either direction - the play of Russell Wilson, and the general malaise surrounding the Cowboys when Garrett's been the coach. Like yeah, I'd say the Seahawks are big underdogs, but it's not crazy to believe that an elite QB like Wilson can (almost) single-handedly win a game for a team.

I don't know that it's really even close that the 49ers are a better team.
All things equal, I think SF would win by 2 scores.
Injuries a plenty for the birds, so I think SF wins in a rout.

If you're betting this game, SF (-3) feels like early Christmas.

I have been and will always be afraid of Wilson in a close game. He’s made bigger plays in close games than anybody in my lifetime, even Brady. I hope Niners will not make it close. Good news is this is a totally different team from Harbaugh teams (I miss Justin Smith).
