    Apologize if I'm d_bing, but ESPN has shelved the "Cold Pizza" name in favor of "ESPN First Take". New name, same show, it looks like...

    But if I could pick one ... it would be Skip. Cash doesn't even belong in small-town television, but at least she's not a waste basket of a human being who takes ridiculous stances just to seem "edgy."
