    RIP. I love the Heaven Hill aging facility in Bardstown (the distillery was moved to Louisville, I believe, years ago after a fire). They have white aging houses as far as the eye can see - it's exactly what you think Kentucky should look like. Don't let the Evan Williams connection fool you - they produce quality stuff at Heaven Hill, especially the Elijah Craig brand.
