The key to avoiding these problems is to make like Michigan and ban left-hand turns.

Just curious, how long before Harley Davidson, Kawasaki and other motorcycle companies try to land Big Ben to pitch the typically lame-to-promote helmets? Seems like a no-brainer, especially with how he pokes fun at himself and tends to not take things too seriously.

There's something so pathetically sad about that picture but it also begs a caption contest.

Pittsburgh's a town where if you're going to a nice restaurant, you tuck in your "Stillers" jersey. And that's not much of an exaggeration.

What's sad is that Pittsburgh has a well known symphony, a first rate museum of natural history and art, a damn good science cneter and the only Andy Warhol museum. There's plenty of culture there, yet it's known for this buffoonery.

And lets be honest, had it been Donovan McNabb in Philly on the bike....

That's just pathetically fucked up. It's not even germane to anything. Maybe -- maybe -- if you light a candle or do something symbolic, it makes sense on some level.

But to sit there in team gear with a grill going, like you're waiting for kickoff....that's just hopelessly stupid. People like that need help, not publicity.

I figure a day has passed. We can perhaps now look at the micro, minor implications....

If McNabb was QB of the defending Super Bowl champs and had this accident, the coverage would be exactly the same.

Is BitterYoungMatador who posted here at all related to BitterYoungHack? The names are just too similar.
